Enjoyed two nights with friends in a comfy Premium Twin Room. The pool area felt secluded, great for relaxation. Staff missed some requests, but overall, a lovely stay. Don't forget to try the Caipirinha-it's a good treat! Just ensure to double-check your orders.

The room amenities provided everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms were a bonus, as I enjoyed a peaceful and quiet sleep. The spa and wellness centre was a luxurious retreat, with a sauna and swimming pool that provided ultimate relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome.

Despite some minor inconveniences , such as the limited variety of the breakfast options and the curtains not fully blocking out the sunlight, overall I was impressed with my experience. The hotel's cleanliness and spa services were excellent. the attentive and friendly staff made me feel welcome and the comfortable bed with adjustable pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The facilities, like the pool, gym, and sauna, also seemed well-maintained.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Very close to the best shopping centers and attractions. Room is clean and comfortable with great amenities. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making our stay even better.

The restaurant could use some more tables for smaller groups. Some guests might feel uncomfortable sharing a table with strangers.
